Best of Spain
The Mediterranean has been the playground of the rich and famous ever since European explorers first got a taste of the coastal cities and never came back. The mild temperate climes that never went below the 5 C in the coldest months nor shot up to more than 30 C in the hottest summer is just perfect for a year-long vacation that aristocrats and royalties want.
The Mediterranean coast of the Iberian Peninsula has one famous watering hole and that’s Marbella, the most famous vacation spot in all of Spain. Apart from the weather and its marvelous scenic delights, you get to dine with some of the finest Spanish culinary artistry that only a rich history and culture can deliver.
Nightlife
A wild party among the rich and famous is nothing new to the historic Marbella paradise. It gets even wilder in the summer. Take a look at the Puerto Banus for a taste of what nightclubbing is all about. But a word of advice, get a chauffeured limousine or SUV as Spanish laws are quite unforgiving with drunk driving or get someone sober to drive for you when partying with a car hire.
And if you are partying far from your hotel or residence, you may be better off taking a one of the tourist hotels near these joints. Many tourists prefer to stay in hotels nearer to their party joints or when visiting far off tourist attractions. There’s one Marbella hotel near Puerto Banus if you end up too drunk to drive back home to your hotel.
For some really fun nightlife disco-hopping from one pub to another, you can try out the Bambina along Pasaje 5, Caso Antiguo, the Clave Latina along La Teraza or get into a beach disco at the Niiki Beach at the Playa Hotel, Don Cantos.
